Privacy policy

Last updated 2 July 2026

This policy explains what personal data Bingo Hideout collects, why, and what you can do about it. We have kept it as plain as we can.

The short version: we don't run user accounts, we don't sell your data, and the main thing we collect is anonymous website statistics so we can see what's useful and what isn't.

Who we are

Bingo Hideout is owned and operated by Solid Digital Marketing Ltd, the data controller for this website. We are registered in England and Wales (company number 5846823) at Suite 33, Peel House, 30 The Downs, Altrincham, WA14 2PX. You can reach us at hello@bingohideout.co.uk.

What we collect

There's no sign-up on this site, so we don't ask you for a name, address or payment details. In practice we handle two things:

  • Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages get visited, roughly where visitors are (by country or region), and what device and browser they use. This is collected through cookies and is used in aggregate. We don't use it to identify you personally.
  • Anything you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply and follow up if needed.

Why we're allowed to use it

Under UK data protection law we rely on two grounds. Analytics runs on your consent, which you give through the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time. Replying to an email you sent us relies on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, mainly for analytics. Our cookie policy explains each one and how to turn them off.

Who else is involved

Google Analytics processes usage data on our behalf, which can involve transferring data outside the UK under safeguards approved for that purpose. When you click a "play" or "visit" link to a bingo operator, you leave our site and land on theirs. From that point their own privacy policy applies, not ours, so it's worth reading it.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is retained on a rolling basis and then deleted, in line with our Google Analytics settings. Emails are kept only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and our records.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@bingohideout.co.uk and we'll sort it out. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows when we last did.
